Welcome To Vintage Plane Kits
This journey began as a personal mission. For years, I searched for the control line airplane my grandpa and I built together back in 1990. I couldn’t remember the exact model, PT-19, or something close, but I could never find the exact match.
Then, by pure chance I spotted an old photo at a local hobby shop: a Veco Brave. Same yellow and blue. Instantly, I knew that was the one me and Grandpa built and flew together.
Once I tracked down the plans, I discovered they weren’t as “scale” as advertised. So I recreated the plans from scratch, corrected the flaws, and then precision cut them using the newest advanced technology. The result: perfectly fitting parts and truly accurate plans.
What began as a tribute to my grandfather has grown into a passion project: high-quality control line airplane kits made with care, accuracy, and nostalgia. I'm here to bring back those old kits in their entirety. Gramps still flies with me, just in a different way.
